In the app
Open INVEST Marriage, go to Settings, and choose "Delete account". It takes effect right away.
Without the app
Email info@wildfireleadership.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. A person reads every message. We confirm by replying to that address, delete the account, and write back when it is done.
What is deleted
Your account and everything that belongs to it: your name and email address, your Snapshot answers and results, your daily notes (voice notes and photos included), your Mission Portrait and tool entries, and your Coach conversations. It is removed from our live systems right away and from backups on their rolling schedule, within 30 days.
What stays, and why
- Your spouse's own words. Their notes, answers and account are theirs and are not deleted with yours. Entries the two of you made together in a couple tool stay with your spouse.
- The store's records. Apple or Google keeps its own record of a subscription purchase, under its own rules.
- Counts with no name attached. Usage and crash information we hold only in aggregate, without your name or email, can remain.
A subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because the store bills it, not us. Cancel it first: on an iPhone in Settings, under your Apple ID, Subscriptions; on Android in the Google Play Store app, under Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.
