A few honest suggestions
- Write it out — in the book or on the site, whichever you’ll actually do. Slowing down to put words to it is the whole point.
- Answer for yourself, not for the version of you that you’d like your fiancé or future spouse to see.
- Don’t rush to fix. Most of these questions want to be heard more than solved.
- Miss a week? Pick it up where you left off. This is not a streak.
- A B+ is perfect. Finished beats flawless every single time.
